Switch and Save Program

It’s Not Too Late to Save on Attorney’s Fees

Already signed with another law firm? You may still be eligible for a lower fee.

Our Switch & Save Program is designed to help clients who want to change attorneys mid-case and benefit from our reduced contingency fee structure. If you’re considering a change, we make the process simple, ethical, and completely focused on your best interest.

How It Works

  • 1

    Submit Your Current Fee Agreement

Upload a signed copy of your current attorney’s contingency fee contract through the secure form below. We’ll review it privately and at no cost.

  • 2

    Receive a No-Obligation Review

Our attorneys will review your current agreement and let you know — confidentially — whether our Lower Fee Guarantee applies to your case.

  • 3

Seamless Transition if You Decide to Switch

If you choose to move forward, we’ll handle the formal substitution of counsel. You won’t have to contact your previous attorney directly — we’ll take care of that part professionally and respectfully.

  • 4

    Reduced Fee Moving Forward

Our firm will handle your case from that point under a reduced contingency fee agreement, in accordance with the terms we’ve provided. Any fees owed to your prior attorney will be handled in compliance with Florida Bar rules and will not increase your total fee.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Clients have the right to choose their legal representation at any time. The Florida Bar allows for substitution of counsel in accordance with client directives.

No. If fees are due to your former attorney, we will handle that directly as part of the case resolution. Your overall fee percentage remains governed by the new agreement — you won’t pay more as a result of switching.

If you decide to retain us, we’ll obtain your case file, notify all involved parties, and proceed without disruption. Your case stays on track — we simply continue the work with your interests at the center.

We cannot guarantee any outcome, but switching to a lower fee structure may reduce the attorney fee percentage moving forward. We are happy to discuss how this could apply to your case.
